Azad Band was established by Late Master Itwari Lal Azad as form of a band of small five men band in 1962. Gradually Master Itwari Lal Azad performed in marriage parties and other auspicious programmes or functions with own band party. He performed his art and hypnotized people of Lucknow and other cities of Uttar Pradesh, M.P., Bihar and our neighboring country Nepal with his outstanding presentation.

Now a days Azad band is being organized and supervised by Ram Kumar Azad, Shyam Kumar Azad and Vikas Kumar Azad. Himanshu Kant, Sudhanshu Kant and Dipanshu Kant are follow the steps of their Grandfather Late Master Itwari Lal Azad. In present scenario Azad Band have a group of artist of 150 people. And in the last but not least Azad Band has been reached on the Pinnacle by Ram, Shyam and Vikas son of Master Itwari Lal respectively and their diligent effort is continue towards giving best service to their prestigious clients.
